Ever more firmly rooted in our territory

On 16 January, Aluminium Dunkerque held a New Year’s reception for its partners at its Loon-Plage site.

The highlight of the ceremony was a speech by Paul Voss, Managing Director of European Aluminium, on the challenges facing this strategic material in Europe. Guillaume de Goÿs, CEO of Aluminium Dunkerque, reviewed the 2023 results and outlined the outlook for 2024.

Priority projects include the construction of a furnace reserved for recycling, the adaptation of carbon capture technology to the aluminium industry and the development of an R&D unit to boost our capacity for innovation.

These are all challenges that can only be met through a dynamic partnership approach and stronger regional collaboration.
