A total of 36 people took part in the induction days which were an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other, but also a great opportunity to discover the company in a different way.
The programme included a presentation of GFG Alliance, a presentation of the company’s values and challenges, a tour of the site’s different sectors, training in aluminium production processes and an external activity focusing on team building.
A day rich in shared experiences!
A second session is scheduled for 28 and 29 November, with an equally busy programme.
In all, 76 men and women are joining the LIBERTY family!
