Senior management News Flash of 31 March 2014

On Monday 31 March 2014, an informal meeting was held with Aluminium Pechiney’s central union delegates and the secretary of the works committee to discuss a planned project to transform the Dunkirk plant organisation.

The project will be presented to staff representatives at a 1st meeting with the Aluminium Pechiney works committee. The meeting will be followed by a works committee meeting at the Dunkirk site.

Senior management, the works committee secretary and all the trade unions (CFDT, CFE-CGC, CGT, FO) have agreed on the timetable and dates for the next steps in the information and consultation procedure with the central works committee and the works committee, and for the meetings with the trade unions.

Today’s meeting is part of the relationship of trust that senior management wishes to pursue with the company’s social partners.
