At the initiative of MEDEF Côte d’Opale, companies in the Dunkirk area have co-constructed a recruitment charter. Called Opal Job, it aims to prepare and support the HR needs of the region, whose economic expansion is set to create thousands of new jobs by 2030. The aim is to foster collaboration and synergies between companies committed to adopting ethical and responsible recruitment practices, and to working together for the economic and social well-being of the region.
Aluminium Dunkerque is part of this group of companies, alongside ArcelorMittal, Prologium, Clarebout, Dillinger, EDF, Verkor and many others.
The Opal Job charter was signed on May 29, at the close of the Matinale Défis RH en Côte d’Opale.
