They are AD Ideas !
- What is an AD Idea?
An improvement suggestion in the areas of health, safety, the environment, quality or costs, that I can implement myself or with my team. Over 270 suggestions have been made since January.
- How does it work?
All employees (permanent, fixed-term, temporary and work-study staff) are encouraged to suggest improvements in the HSEQ area. To facilitate this process, the site has a system called “IDAD”. The suggestions are validated by the sector correspondent, who is supported by the sector’s Management Committee.
Each implemented suggestion is recognised in the form of gift points, to be spent on the Concorde site:
o 1 Idea worth 1,200 points: €24
o 1 Idea worth 2,400 points: €48
o 1 Sector Idea worth 4,800 points: €96
o 1 Plant idea worth 9,600 points: €192
My idea may be chosen as Idea of the Month in my sector, and if so, it may also be selected as Plant Idea of the Month. Every month, a breakfast is organised to congratulate the AD ideas of the month.
